2 Simple Steps To Covert Hypnosis

For the most part, hypnosis is a tool that helps people deal with pain, overcome a bad habit and even deal with a certain phobia they may be experiencing.  This is typically done in the presence of a qualified hypnotherapist and is generally just a way of relaxing the mind and being able to block out everything so that it is open to suggestion.  There are many types of hypnosis and the one we'll be discussing here is called covert hypnosis.  This is also a way in which subtle suggestions can be entered into someone else's mind but this is done in a totally different setting.

In it's simplest terms, covert hypnosis is simply a way of communicating with an individual on a subconscious level. The neat thing about this type of hypnosis is that it can be done without a person even knowing it.  Of all the many reasons why someone would want to do this, it simply comes down to wanting someone other than yourself the see or feel the same way you do.  You may recognize the situations this form is used in mainly, sales, either by a salesman or in the form of a sales letter.  This type of hypnosis can be accomplished it two basic steps.

Step number one involves building trust with the person who is the focus of your attention, be it a customer or girlfriend. You see, when you build rapport with someone it will be easier for you to open their mind to suggestion because you have set their mind at ease.  Building this trust can be a hard thing to do, luckily there are some tricks you can use with one of them being agreeable conversation.  Here's an example.  Let's say your conversing with someone and they state they hate how high gas prices are.  All you have to do is agree with them by saying something like, you know your right, I am getting tired of these high gas prices as well.  What this accomplishes is that it brings you to their level thus making them more at ease with talking with you.

Once the rapport is established, you can begin to influence them through the use of conversation and body language.  Many people use this in order to subtly move the conversation in a certain direction or to get the person to think in a certain way.A cell phone salesman comes to mind when I conjure up a real world example.  They won't start out by trying to sell you the Iphone upgrade, they will strike up a conversation even complimenting you in some manner and agree with you on how inefficient your old phone is before trying to close the sale. When you use covert hypnosis in this way you can effectively guide a person's thoughts in a way that you benefit from.

Once you learn covert hypnosis, you will have the ability to use covert hypnosis to get a lot more out of life via simple conversation.  All it takes is a bit of practice and you'll have people literally eating out of the palm of your hand.  You'll soon find yourself doing it in almost an automatic fashion, gently pulling people in any direction you want them to go.
